Sahaja ( Friends of Youth ) in the Social Welfare and Social Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship as a mindset and method. ( Hery Wibowo in entrepreneurship : case 1 )1 which represents the entrepreneurial mindset, basic assumptions , underlying values or our thinking . It means we are moving by using the values that exist in ourselves and create thought to not give up easily . " And essentially the business man/woman that drives the economy " ( Schumpeter JA. in terms of Wonders Learning : 67 )2. The rationale must be owned by the entrepreneur according to ( Billy Boen in Young On top )3 is a must have great dreams and ideas, 3 key steps to achieve a big dream that is first, Ask clearly know what we want and then ask. Second, believe.  Believe that thing we were now ours, although not yet got it. Third, receive. Feel that we are happy to receive it. ( The secret , in Billy Boen , Young on top : page 30 )4. Other than that, these days the term social entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship have different business entrepreneurship,it is distinguished by its purpose. Social entrepreneurship can be started in 2 ways. Namely, starting with general business and then used most of the advantages of business to the social. or otherwise, begin with the social nature which eventually result in business advantages.
If entrepreneurship requires creativity to compete with other entrepreneurship where the benefits to private interests. But when speaking of social entrepreneurship, we 're talking about human social or community -based social entrepreneurship is the work done with creativity to compete than to seek personal gain also for social purposes.
Currently we are seeking social entrepreneurship activities, the activities that we do is to create a consulting agency called Sahaja ( Friends of Youth ). This organization is working to solve the existing problems in social media such as cyberbullyng . Currently the number of teens who tell the problem in social media , many crimes that occur there. This is the focus of our interest in dealing with adolescent issues that were dictated in social media . We hope cyberbullyng be mitigated by social media consulting services through this . As a social worker candidates who have a focus on social functioning. Where is the relationship between the social functioning of people to cope with the demands of the activity environment, with the demands of the environment it self ( Bartlett in the basics of social worker; case 22 )5. It is also how we associate with teenagers facing charges from the environment, while future volatility as a teenager.
by skin Moore it was a prosperous private person who is able to appreciate them selves, capable of acting according to their status and be able to solve the problem . In this context , adolescents use social media as one way to solve the problems he faces. That's why we created this Sahaja, in order to accommodate the various problems being faced by teenagers , so not too much indulgence in social media personal life . Because in our opinion , other people sometimes do not need to know about what's going on with us .
Social welfare as a concept of social services ( social work practice areas ) covers the activity is very broad, ranging from social legislation through the direct action of assistance. Social welfare is an activity which is organized with the goal of helping mutual adjustment among individuals with their social environment. This goal is achieved through the careful techniques and methods in order in order to enable individuals, groups, and communities to meet the needs and solve the problems of adjustment to the patterns of society, as well as through cooperative action to improve conditions economic and social conditions.
( the United Nations in the USU Journal:case2)6 .
And we are here as a prospective social worker who tries to create social welfare for young people through the provision of assistance through the methods of social workers. Sahaja in dealing with clients using the CCT ( Theory Client Center ). This is the method in which CCT has the ability to see the client handle their own problems. ( Carls Rogerss in PPT Micro : case 2 )7 in our sense of the word only as a consultant role to help the client to be able to find a solution in the form of perception / value (insight ) for his own problems with the motive of self-actualization that makes decisions for the problem is not to provide solutions according to our right , but supporting and directing them to be able to find a solution and make the best decision for their problems. Because we realize we can not be perfect can feel what we feel the client .
For example, one of our clients , he felt burden his parents , because he is taking lessons in college and she wanted to help her parents . Beginning-the first she wanted to find a second job when she was not studying , but she faiths who feel she burden her parents , according to us personally tend to overdo , since it's schools is an interest and not burden our parents . But for him , he is aggravating the condition of spending their parents , so we can not fully feel what our clients feel. And in the end the client decided to focus on her studies with the intention of studying successful if  she can pay her parents' business . Here is clear to us that the client knows that the best way to solution for them problem. .
Besides, we also use the method of coaching in consulting services . This method focuses on how we as a counselor can help the client to find the strength based ( force ) to be applied in achieving the goals desired by the client in his life .
Of Sahaja we also seek venture funding in the form of making Identity Cards Online Consultation ( KTKO ) who paid for the client . The advantage of making these cards will be distributed to programs that we run in the form of motivation to students training school / vocational school or equivalent . In the training we tried to evoke the spirit of learning and the importance of education for young people who are in high school / vocational school or equivalent .
This motivational training , in addition to trying to evoke the spirit of the youth to learn , as well as to foster a sense of it in their hearts to always dare in dreaming . Dream here is not an empty dream without any meaning . But here is the dream of daring to look at the future . As the saying Merry Riana " if we do not change , we do not grow . If we do not grow , we are not living . " ( Merry Riana in A Gift From A Friend : page 108 ) 8 . The point is that if we do not want to make a change , we will not go forward , if we do not go forward then we will truly be the one left behind .
In conclusion it can be said that we must change , change for the sake of progress we are making the changes let alone the changes are positive we will be successful , success in various areas of creating themselves into extraordinary people , because we humans are actually the outstanding people . Dare to dream is an initial key in achieving a success . Through motivational training that we give a hope to the future students that success can be achieved by each individual . This is one important part of the social entrepreneurship Sahaja form.
Never Give up , in the sense that when there is a will , there is a win . That is never satisfied with just targeting a way out of the solution we want . But also that we are always looking for is a success / win ( Billy Boen in Young on Top New Edition : page 60 ) 9 .
So it can be concluded that Sahaja Consulting Institute is a temperate social welfare activities by using the principles and methods of the social worker with the guidance of " Help People for Help Them Selves " . Sahaja is based and social entrepreneurship by starting sales of social services in the long run benefit the business .
